I don't know why I have dedicated a whole page to this topic because learning to remember your dreams is very easy!

It's all about intention.

Once you signal to your unconscious mind or higher self, (which ever term you feel most comfortable with) that you want to remember - it will happen.

STEP 1
As you shut your eyes to go to sleep, think in your mind or say out loud something like, "I want to remember my dreams tonight," and really mean it. You could also add something in the nature of;
"I am open to what my dreams have to tell me and I want to learn from them." Again, your intention needs to be true and really felt.

Whatever you choose to say to yourself, make sure it is a positive statement about your intention. No negatives like,"I don't want to have dreamless nights anymore."

Do this every night until you start remembering - it shouldn't take more than a week or two and in most cases only a few days.

STEP 2
To enhance your intention you could keep some paper and pen by your bed so that your ready to write down your dreams once you remember them.

STEP 3
Another tip is to talk to other people about what you are doing - that you are working on remembering your dreams. This will lead into conversations about dreams and people love to talk about them! This is another sign to your unconscious that your intention to remember is sincere.
