Our dreams can give us the truth and the truth is beautiful even when it doesn't seem that way on the face of it.

When we open our hearts and minds to our dreams we can become all we are meant to be. This means not censoring information and being open to the truth of what is.

What is Christ consciousness?

Christ consciousness is not neccessarily religion centric or particular to a certain sect of people. It's for anybody and everybody who wants to raise above the ordinary characteristics of their personality and feel a sense of great awakening deep within. This self awakening process is what makes us more human and in fact more spiritual.

Christ consciousness is a very high level of spiritual development which once achieved, allows us to become truly aligned with the qualities of Christ. Our true spiritual nature is revealed and we find it so much easier to:

love unconditionally

to forgive

to be compassionate to everyone

to be generous & humble

to be completely honest

to be non-judgemental

to have an open heart and spirit

to find a deep feeling of joy, peace and serenity

to walk our true path in life

If you practice these qualities you are automatically getting into the sphere of spiritual development and Christ consciousness will often follow, but unfortunately not always as many devoted Christians will tell you.

To help you develop the qualities of Christ Consciousness more quickly and easily there is a technique that has been around for over 170 years which works very simply to alter your level of consciousness in a very safe & effective way.

It involves listening to two slightly different beats at the same time which effects your state of consciousness naturally.

Dreaming, waking up, sleeping and our level of consciousness are all events that are controlled by our brains. Our brain in turn, is controlled by the various frequency levels or brain waves that operate in and around our physical being.

So which frequencies do we need to know about to help us develop our Christ consciousness?

Look to the chart above which explains clearly what happens in each level of brain wave frequency.

Spiritual development takes place in the Theta phase. Our mind is also in this frequency when we are in deep prayer or a meditative state which is where the majority of our spiritual development occurs. We then translate this learning through the function of memory into our conscious waking state or the Beta phase which is where Christ consciousness is expressed.

When we are in the higher level of consciousness known as Christ consciousness our mind is actually in the high Beta frequency.
