One of the first things for me to tell you about me is that I am not psychic. Not in the traditional sense of being able to communicate with spirits anyway.

What I do have is a very well developed intuition - I am very perceptive which is a skill I have been blessed with from birth. Some skills I was born with and others I have developed over the 36 years I've been on earth. These include being non-judgemental, open minded and down to earth. As well as the abilities to link complex information and to teach. All these skills enable me to help others to interpret their dreams.

Ever since I can remember I've been interested in dreams. They fascinated me as a child probably because my parents were always telling about what I got up to at night - sleep walking and night terrors in particular. I remember recurring dreams from my childhood that still continue to fascinate me. I was also aware as I was growing up that I would dream about things before they happened which sent me on a spiritual quest alongside an intellectual one.

I've always been interested in interpreting my own dreams and I have been studying them seriously for about 15 years. Like most of us, I started out with the compulsory dream dictionary, but the explanations never seemed to really hit the spot. It wasn't until I decided to go into therapy that I really learned what my dreams were telling me. Through the teaching of a very kind and wise therapist I learned the language of dreams and how to work with images in both wake and sleep time to heal myself.

As I came to understand my dreams messages to me, I started asking for dreams to help with problems I was having. I thought I'd invented something completely new! It wasn't until the creation of the internet that I discovered that the technique is known as Dream Incubation and has been around in various cultures for hundreds if not thousands of years.

Since then I have interpreted many other peoples dreams accurately - it started with mostly family and friends and friends of friends who had heard I'd got a talent for it. Progresively this moved on to people I didn't know that were prepared to pay for the service I could provide for them - hence this website.

I love that look on people's faces when they have that "AHA" moment and see how it all fits together.

The History of my Interest in Dreaming

My name is Susana Serer and I live in Essex in the U.K. I'm a writer, professional dream interpreter, trainer in personal development, life coach, Reiki healer, astrologer and intuitive with a special interest in dreaming.

For the last 10 years I have been delivering training in self esteem, anger management, confidence building, self awareness, listening skills, assertiveness, life coaching, and mentoring.

As well as helping people develop themselves psychologically and spiritually on a face to face basis I also love to write.

On a personal level I'm committed to my own spiritual development. I meditate daily and use binaural beats to enhance my lucid dreaming abilities, connect to my spirit guides and enter deep relaxation.

I've always had a personal interest in dreaming and dreams and over the years my focus has moved gradually towards understanding and consequently explaining to others what I've learnt through self study and from hearing thousands of other people's dream exoeriences.

I have studied psychology, psychodynamic counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy, transactional analysis, sociology, meditation, astrology, tarot, Reiki healing and most things relating to how we can understand ourselves and our place in the universe.

I was born with this intense desire to understand everything and to teach others what I have learnt in an open, honest and easy to understand way - these are my main motivations in life.

I want to share how much benefit can be gained once we understand our dreams. We stress and worry about this problem or that difficulty and all the while the answers to these problems are inside us.
